Scion Art Tour, “Home”

2008’s theme was very opened.  rather than Scion providing a medium for its theme in previous years, we were respectively asked to create whatever we wanted around the theme “Home”.  Having just moved onto Bainbridge Island, where I grew up, I created my own treehouse with interior lighting.  This was one of my earliest wood sculpture pieces and defined my inspirations for years working with wood.
