A Drive In The Forest
I was introduced to Brian through my good friends at the Scribble Theory Gallery. Brian gave me total artistic licensing to this project. He simply stated, “just wow me”. That was really the last time any commissioned project had a completely hands off approach. Only my second commission at that point, this still remains one of my favorite older paintings. I also created a time-lapse of this piece, see here. For the next several years, Brian was a major collector of my work, owning now over 8 pieces. It’s always a pleasure visiting his home in Southern California and viewing many of my proudest pieces from those years.
