My entry for Portland’s Together Gallery “wood” show.  The curators hand selected a small group of Portland artists and designers who were not accustomed to working with wood.  I can’t tell you how significant this piece has become to my fine art career, and now wood working career.  It was astounding to see this piece effortlessly leap into other fine art genre’s and was published in 4 international creative books.  I can happily say I still own this piece, and will probably never let go of it.  It has become the inspiration for my current wood sculptures that so many people are deeply appreciating.
